What Canaan requires:

  • We consider all monthly income.
  • We require that you exhaust other benefit programs first.
  • We require you to look for employment.
  • We require you to use the options that are available and least expensive.
  • Notify us of any changes.
  • Doctor's proof of disability.
  • Repay the assistance if and when possible.
  • Complete releases for information verification.
  • Failure to comply will result in loss of assistance.
